“I brought my dog, Jay, in yesterday for his rabies shot and had a wonderful experience with the staff. The nurses were very efficient, getting us into a room quickly and making sure we were both comfortable. The doctor was fantastic she not only handled the vaccination smoothly but also took the time to review Jay’s old vet records and offer personalized advice based on his breed and age. My only hesitation is that the pricing felt a bit high, but the quality of care almost makes up for it.“

“We’ve been taking our dogs to Hidden Paradise for about 12 years, and I can’t recommend it enough.
Kurt truly gets to know both you and your dogs. Our older dog, Blake (“the one with the really soft fur” 😂), would make a beeline for him every time we arrived to say hi. One thing I really appreciate is that Kurt lets you walk your dog back to their kennel yourself, so you can see the setup and how clean everything is.
The indoor/outdoor kennels have been a huge plus for us. Blake would only go to the bathroom outside, and after trying more expensive ‘bougie’ kennels (where they use indoor runs for bathroom time), she’d come home with UTIs from holding her bladder all day. Hidden Paradise solved that problem.

We also have a boxer, Dina, who has a lot more energy. Kurt has LARGE kennel options for dogs that do well together. We usually chose separate kennels because Blake wasn’t a fan of boxer zoomies. 😅
Having worked at a kennel myself years ago, I’ve seen what happens behind the scenes. That’s one reason I appreciate Kurt—he’s honest, straightforward, and genuinely cares about the dogs. He even offers camera access (which is a nice bonus, though I’ve only used it once).
After Blake’s mobility declined and she eventually passed away, we only boarded Dina. Kurt still asked about Blake, and those little things mean a lot.
If you’re looking for luxury spa-style boarding, there are other places for that. But if you want clean, affordable, practical boarding with caring staff and thoughtful extras, I’d absolutely recommend Kurt and Hidden Paradise!“

“We did a two-week board and train with Sydney, and the results were absolutely worth it. From the start, Sydney was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with real-world behavior issues. Our dog made huge improvements in holding “place,” showed major progress with resource guarding, and came home with much better kennel manners. The difference was noticeable immediately, and the structure Sydney put in place made it easy for us to continue the training at home. “The groomers noticed that my dog had a hematoma on his ear and recommended that we take him to the vet. I had no idea it was even there! I really appreciate how thorough they are! They don’t just do an amazing job grooming, but they also pay close attention and let us know if they notice anything that should be checked by a vet. “Growing up I’ve watched my mom care for our pets, strays & family member pets just like they were her own children!! Sometimes better than her kids (hahaha) Ever since I can remember my mom has been a true animal lover! She’s extremely reliable and trustworthy!! If anyone is more than capable of this job it’s definitely mom. She knows that animals are more than just pets and she takes all of her clients requests very seriously. She’s very experienced with animal care/grooming. She worked in All Animal Pet Hospital for 8+ years, she even used to bring me along to work as a baby!
