Intek is a lifesaver! We recently had some bad water damage due to a bad siding company. Water got in through a window, and they pinpointed it so that we could get it fixed. Later, we found that water had gotten into the basement walls through a hole that had been left in the siding. Intek sent someone out for FREE to check the damage and see how far it went into the house. They wanted to make sure we knew whether it was worth filing a claim or not. In the end, the tech assured us the damage was minimal, fixable, and not anywhere else in the house. All meaninf there was no claim to file, and the contractor at fault fixed it up. Taran came and cleaned my carpets today and was very professional, did the work in a timely manner, and seemed like he cared about doing a good job. Since I have a dog he asked if there were any problem areas he needed to know about so he could pretreat them before he started. Michael and Parker, Fred, as my mom called him, came to my mom’s home, Mary Dirks, and did an amazing job. She was so pleased with the results and them.
