I feel really badly for the sweet older lady who was clearly on her first day. I had a pedicure and she had difficulty with everything from the toe clippers to putting the spacers between my toes and the disposable sandals on my feet. Still, as badly I as felt for her, I won’t be back. I left with two toes bleeding, and, a really rough looking pedicure. I thought you needed license/training to do these?

The manicure is really hit or miss. There are some great techs and a few not-so-great ones. The gel polish seems to last about a week to a week and a half if you’re lucky. They don’t do enough prep to help retain your polish so you’re having to visit more frequently. They have a huge selection of colors in gel and dip so you’re sure to find a color you love and they do have pretty wide availability during the week. The shop doesn’t have a super strong chemical smell so that’s nice but the inconsistency makes it hard to make this my regular nail shop.

This morning was my first time going to The Nail Place and I had a wonderful experience. I got an acrylic fill and this is the best my nails have ever looked. The technician was very kind, made my nails look outstanding, and cut them to the length that I liked. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to get your nails done!Service: Acrylic nails
