Amazing customer service and incredibly fast response time. Jarod, Micah, and Karston were fantastic. Less than 12 hours from initial contact to getting a new water heater installed! Couldn't ask for anything better, 5 stars, highly recommend!Service: Water heater installation

Everyone was very polite, helpful and efficient. My mother's Furnace stopped working. I called Howe and they sent out a technician who arrived when they said he would. He discovered a part that needed to be replaced. As the part was not in stock, he ordered it. He was told the part should arrive in 2 days but there was no guarantee. Since the Furnace was over 20 years old, my sisters and I decided it would be better to have the Furnace replaced. When I got the call stating the part did not arrive, I let Howe know we wanted to get a new furnace. Houston was assigned to come out to check things out and write up a proposal.
