I was in a bit of a pickle recently, and Fred's was the FIFTH locksmith I called and the FIRST to answer. The guy was up-front about how long it'd before he arrived (about half-hour). It took only a few minutes after his arrival before I could run in and fetch my keys. He even let me warm up in the van while he worked. And I made it to work on time! Cost was very reasonable too. I do plan to stop by the store and discuss some options to prevent a repeat. :)

My first project had already been failed after two efforts by their competition, Fred’s fixed it entirely in 5 minutes. The second project, their super friendly guy Tim was at our place within 2 hours of request, and in short order had our locks not only fixed, but working better than we thought possible. Oh… and the combined price was more than fair. Will most definitely use again.
