Accidentally, locked myself out of my new home. I called and they said about 3 hours. They called in less than an hour and sent out an amazingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable locksmith that not only got us into the house, but re-keyed all of the locks to one key and added a deadbolt for my smart lock. He even grabbed my vacuum and cleaned the mess!! I was expecting to pay way more too. These guys are the real deal!!
The number of people who’ve been helped by these folks has to be in the six figures by now - FtF has been in business forever, the employees are all locksmiths in their own right and they’ve managed to pass on a culture of service that’s second to none. Grateful for their work and heartily recommend them… and they get technology too.
I walked in an hour before closing and asked for four copies of a key to be made. I was expecting to pay at least $20, service was outstanding and I bet 5 minutes hadn't passed by the time I had my keys and receipt in hand.. oh and I didn't even pay half of what I was expecting for that caliber of service.
