I know acupuncture can seem intimidating to those who are afraid of needles but honestly you don't feel the needles for the most part, and the relief you feel after is so much more! After two appointments I can finally move my neck and after over 18 months of constant pain, MRI appointments, Xrays, Chiropractic care, and massages, I have RELIEF. I cannot express my gratitude enough for it. Acupuncture is gentle and relaxing. You can literally take a twenty minute nap. Give it a try.

My baby was transverse at 36 weeks and one of the midwives I saw recommended seeing Dr. Nicole. I felt so much better after my adjustment and didn't realize how uncomfortable I was. I wish I had come in sooner during my whole pregnancy. My baby was able to flip into the right position and my whole labor process was so much easier.
