Dakota Floor Restoration did an outstanding job stripping and waxing our kitchen floor and pressure washing and cleaning our gym floor. Ryan brought the floors "back to life" if you will. I would recommend Ryan and Dakota Floor Restoration for all of your flooring restoration projects. He is prompt, courteous, and has a true passion for his craft. Ryan does all of the work himself so there is no middle man. Excellent work!!

This is a commercial property that I own. The previous tenant left the flooring what I thought completely destroyed. That is until I called Dakota Floor Restoration. Not only were they on time and professional, but they were able to get the stain out of the carpet. Not much you can do for the burns that the previous tenant left behind. I was hoping for maybe 25% better with less smell. This result blew me away. Do yourself a favor and call to have them clean you carpets! I posted a couple of pictures so you don't have to take my word for it. You can see it too.

Ryan does a phenomenal job! I have two dogs and he gets tough stains out with no problem! Super friendly and professional! I would highly recommend him for any job big or small!! Thank you, Ryan!!
