Mr. Rooter was quick to reply and set up a time that worked best for us. They were informative and had great communication from the start. Jon Luke was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. We will definitely be using their numerous services in the future.

Brady Eichhorn (Master Plumber) and Admin Tyler were courteous and professional throughout this visit/work assignment. Watching Brady utilize tools of his craft was like watching a surgeon operate with a scalpel. He was Surgical! His skill and experience were quite obvious. Not only did he completely resolve the issue at hand in a timely manner, he provided valuable information/advice to avoid potential future problems. For me, this was an education on how and why these services cost what they cost. A job very well done! Thank You Brady!
