“Above and beyond. I'd contracted Frisbee's to replace every single sink water shut off valve in our house upon move-in, as it was an older house and I did NOT want any water leaks. They replaced them all and I also put remote water sensors under the sinks. One of the new valves in a bathroom happened to leak and the water rolled AWAY from the sensor I'd placed below, so I didn't see it until it became a problem. Frisbee's came out and found it to be a faulty PART; so the manufacturer of the valve would normally be liable. But since they replaced it and I'd taken all precautions, they covered it. They even filed a claim with their own insurance, as the entire vanity needed replacing and a water mitigation company had to come out and dry everything. Frisbee's didn't have to do that. They could have told me to take it up with the valve manufacturer, but they didn't. They also could have charged me for the labor, but they did not. They did right be us and I will not forget that. In this day and age, that's most important to me because, inevitably, something ALWAYS goes wrong. So I asked them to send me a link so I could leave a review and here we are.“

We had a leak under the kitchen sink in an 130 year old house, so that can be scary ( can of worms feelings ) he explained to me how leak can occur over time with the type of material (copper) they used a hundred years ago. That it can become problematic over time, which is understandable, nothing lasts forever. But he was honest, gave me sound advice and fixed it fast and efficiently. He also upgraded some plumbing material that had been installed by someone else that was not up to code. He was pleasant and fun to have around for the afternoon. It looked so good when he was done and his fix opened up more storage space under the sink for supplies. The bill came and it was way, way less than anticipated.
