“Owning an older Sioux Falls home you’re never quite sure what you’re gonna get with the homes plumbing. Recently we’ve had problems with our floor drain. Overflowing rinse tub. Water in the basement. One plumber told me I’d need to break up the concrete and have new floor drain put in. However, after Kenny showed up with his camera. He was able to fix the problem with the floor drain. Phew. He went a step further and camera viewed the whole line out to the city line. Tree roots. While this isn’t great, he got them all cleared out. Most importantly this extra step helped clear our flow and gives me the peace of mind that we will be running well for quite some time“

We had a leak under the kitchen sink in an 130 year old house, so that can be scary ( can of worms feelings ) he explained to me how leak can occur over time with the type of material (copper) they used a hundred years ago. That it can become problematic over time, which is understandable, nothing lasts forever. But he was honest, gave me sound advice and fixed it fast and efficiently.
