So many people; especially the younger generations, don't Understand that some are Disabled that most can't tell. Know why you're speaking to a customer and most importantly; How to better Talk/Speak to people. With customers? There's no excuse. Slow down, and Much Better; explain the issue to the Disabled customer. This person, just needed to provide the time to explain. Never, write down and leave a phone number from Corporate. Some Disabled people, can't use a phone. I might be only one in a million. But, as a customer being treated badly once; is One Too Many. It's a Lesson. I'm sure that there will be Training provided; not counseling or punishment. A lesson learned, is all that's already been done. All can now; move on Effectively. I Love All Of Year Round Brown ?“
