I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Chem Dry of the Triad. I have had them out to take care of pet stains on my carpet a couple of times in the last year. Always on time, professional and they get the carpet so clean! The first time I called them, another carpet cleaning company had come out to clean my carpet. They did a really poor job and hit a pet stain that had no odor before they cleaned the carpet. I was panicked because the odor was horrible! I called Chem Dry of the Triad and they came out the next day (week of Thanksgiving) and took care of the carpet odor. I will never use another company.
