They did a great job with a water line that was leaking at the meter. The technician was great and explained my options and told me exactly what was going on and how it could be repaired. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them.
My only complaint is that they charge a fee for using a credit/debit card of almost 3% and only other option is a check which you need to wait for the check to clear before you can get on the schedule. This was an issue for me as I am out of town and had to mail a check and wait for it to clear. We found Pete's Wall Plumbing a few years after moving into our home when we discovered a leak underneath the house. From the very first visit, they were kind, professional, & completely upfront - & what stood out most was that they actually showed me what was going on rather than just telling me. That kind of transparency is rare & it's why we've called them for everything since. They replaced our water heater in a single day - called in the morning, done by the afternoon.
