“Mr. Wes from CSM flooring was always positive and professional. He listened and responded to all of my concerns and this was a major factor in our church choosing him. He kept us updated with quotes and his quotes were based on more than one visit to our church. It was a huge undertaking and he found a crew that would also handle pew removal and reinstallation. He spoke to different board members as needed and even came over to my house to address my concerns. He was never pushy and always addressed me as Mr. That is very important, because many people representing a company, calls people Doc, or some either reference that is unprofessional. Mr. Wes, stuck by his quotes and made a few visits to the job site, to quietly make sure everything was going well. The crew that did the actual work, went above and beyond. They did things to complete the job, that they did not have to do. They were quite, professional, and very respectful. They stuck with the plan and completed a masterpiece.
