I've attended classes off and on for over twenty years. Recently, I realized the back pains I used to get after doing various chores no longer was present. Yoga has cured my back pain!!!
Love, love my first experience ❤️ The studio is very peaceful and welcoming & Terry is such a great soul. He makes you feel apart of the class no matter if it's your first time or 20th. I really appreciate is kindness in making sure I was comfortable ? I can't wait to bring my boyfriend to the class for the experience!
This was my first visit to this yoga location. I have tried almost every yoga spot in the Triad area. I can definitely say that the healthy back and spine class was one of a kind! I was a little intimidated when I learned, I would be hanging from the wall during the class, but the teacher walked me through step-by-step, and made me feel very comfortable. I am looking forward to going to this class again and taking care of my spine. I'm also looking forward to checking out the other offerings at the studio. It is a beautiful studio that can run multiple classes at once. This is definitely different than any other studio in Triad!
