“I called Mr. Electric about installing a transfer box and outlet for a solar generator and I am pleased with all their work. Steve was patient and helpful setting up the job, and Kenny was exceptional doing the installation. Kenny went above and beyond in making sure everything was placed where I wanted it for utility and convenience. He was personable and very easy to work with as was his assistant.”
“Simply the BEST residential electrical service ever!
Quick to respond, efficient, honest, expert, professional pride in their work, and a pleasure to work with!
Over recent years, I’ve used BHE for several electrical repairs at my “complicated” home (c 1818 with 1997 addition) and rental apartment, Marc and Austin have corrected some prior electrician’s mistakes.
For example, BHE’s Austin came promptly, expertly & efficiency found the problem with correction GFCI were not working after a different electrician installed a panel for solar/battery system. Austin painstakingly tested, identified, and accurately labeled a new home electrical panel. He explained the issues clearly, had the prior shoddy work redone, and resolved the problem perfectly. Reasonable cost, Excellent service!”
“I recently had work done at my home which entailed installing a new circuit from the panel to my outdoor shed and patio/grill area. The project was the result of extensive testing (continuity) of several circuits due to a breaker that repeatedly popped. Once diagnosed, the process from quote to completion was handled with respect and professionalism along with a genuine concern for cost minimisation and safety. During the project David (the owner) visited the home to review progress. David’s employees (Raphael, Francisco, Austin and Alan) were competent, professional and respectful, creating peace of mind for my wife and I. Additionally, Teresa in the office was very helpful, keeping us abreast of the schedule via phone and text. I have worked with several electrical contractors over the years and none have come close to Triad Electric Solutions. These folks are my go-to for any and all electrical work henceforth.”
