Excellent work! A painting and drywall contractor knew of Welborn and recommended I contact them to have some outdated lighting removed and new wafer LED lights installed in my kitchen. Shannon N. came to my house to quote the job. He was prompt and immediately was able to offer helpful suggestions of lighting placement. He explained exactly what the workers would do and how. He took pictures and drew diagrams so he could accurately communicate to the workers. He sent me a quote in a timely manner and provided dates of availability. Very nice, professional, thorough and clear explanations of issues. I also called the owner with an issue and he was able to navigate me through the problem, figured out what it was on the phone and directed me what I needed to do. Gave me time while he knew the issue was outside the home and did not charge me for expertise. Easily could have sent someone out, charge me to tell me the issue was not with my home.
