Jimmy and Jacob were awesome to work with, even in an incredibly stressful situation. Jimmy was amazingly responsive to each of my text messages and was prompt and thorough with updates. The dryers lived in my home for a week and about drove me nuts as well as heating my house to 89 degrees. But Jimmy was very empathetic to my situation. I was impressed how they packed belongings into nice boxes for us and made the impacted area as passable as possible for my disabled spouse.”
