I had a thoroughly lovely experience this am at GPY where I took Leaslie’s powerful yet grounding Express Power Flow. I enjoyed the pace and the options for making the practice my own.It was easy to schedule the class, which matched the description listed on the website. I’m just in town visiting and didn’t have my mat or blocks, but was providing with both and for no additional fee. The studio its self is bright, clean and streamlined. My welcome was warm and friendly. I look forward to practicing at GPY the next time I’m in Greensboro.

Hot yoga ... If you like hot yoga, this is your place! I came here with a neighbor and I love yoga, but didn't realize this was hot yoga (my fault). So I probably won't return, but the instructor was great and the class was full so make sure to book your space if you want to go!

I've been here since they opened in 2013. If you're looking for a hot, sweaty, yoga practice, this is the place for you. You're encouraged to practice at your own pace; it's all levels, beginner to advanced. Hope to see you there.
