“I was so incredibly hesitant on cutting my sweet boys curls off, but it was time for the big boy cut. A friend suggested Pigtails and Crewcuts, explained the process and the experience she’s had bringing her first two boys in for their cuts. They’ve been back several times since their first cuts. She recommended Tia and that’s exactly who we booked with, but truly everyone in there had the same energy. Upbeat, loving and so incredibly friendly. The level of distraction was top tier! Our son was not having it with the cape being put on so they said it was totally fine he didn’t wear one, as soon as the clipper came close our son stood up and another employee stepped in with a bubble machine and fully had our guys attention. He wanted to hold the dinosaur bubble machine and they allowed him too which helped out even more. So incredibly happy with this place and the employees!”
