“Jamie took on a big main floor renovation for us that involved demo down to studs, a full kitchen remodel, incorporating outdoor porch space as indoor heated square footage, & more. It was a big undertaking and I’m glad we went with Lakenridge. I’ve done multiple reno projects through the years on different properties & have experienced a spectrum of contractor work & quality. Jamie maintained great communication throughout the project and always took time to go over details, questions, or concerns as they came up. His subcontractors and staff were all very professional and did high-quality work. It was a 5 month long project, which was a relatively short amount of time given the size of the project & delay issues during covid. Inevitable hiccups or problems along the way (always happens with any project) were relatively minor & Jamie always did his best to appease the customer. The biggest issue was due to unexpected increases in cost, partially due to supply chain/materials’ rising costs in 2021-2022 & partially due to unforeseen circumstances during the project.
