At previous places, my treatment plan kept changing, and I rarely saw the same therapist twice. It felt like I was never making real progress.
Dr. LeBauer is completely different. He works exclusively with his patients and only adjusts the plan when it’s truly necessary based on your feedback and progress. He consistently pushed and encouraged me to stick with the program while helping me learn to trust my body, it’s stronger and more resilient than I realized. When I first started, my lower back was so stiff that I felt like one wrong step or stumble could lead to a bigger injury.
Now, as I’m wrapping up treatment, the difference from when I started to now is night and day. I’m living life more freely, working out again with more confidence, and I finally trust the stability of my back. We also discovered that my hips were the major contributor to the problem, which made a huge difference once addressed.
If you’re on the fence about trusting Dr. LeBauer with your care, take the leap. His approach is thoughtful, consistent, and truly effective.“

We’ve just gotten started but the first appointment was already 10/10, and I felt so heard and seen. Dr. Garner is an excellent listener and communicator, with expertise in hypermobility, endometriosis and so much more. I’m glad to be in her care and feel sure it’s going to help me get back to safe movement!“

This place is hot yoga, definitely a workout. I really like the slow yoga sessions with deeper stretching. The power yoga is a serious cardio (and strength) workout. Great community.“
“Wonderful & peaceful place! The calm atmosphere was a wonderful place to feel at home and to learn. As a new convert to correct form and alignment for yoga( to protect from injuries and to have better posture), the prop closet and yoga wall is the best I've ever seen!“
“This was my first time trying yoga I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and welcoming everyone was! I highly recommend“

“My 17 year old daughter has suffered from headaches and migrains for several years. We went to the neurologists, Novant HA clinics, and took all the meds. Definitely not how I want her to live her life.
One day I just tried googling for another way and stumbled across Corey's practice. At first, we were a little apprehensive simply because we had tried all the other recommendations. I have never been more thankful for taking a chance.
Corey explained, in detail, how headaches work, how the nerves run, different movements to minimize frequency, strength training and more. During treatment, he explained to my daughter what he was doing during each step and never made her feel like she was just another number.
After a handful of treatments, her headache frequency and intensity has gone from several a week to maybe 3 a month and they can be managed with just excedrin!
Corey was upfront about saying his goal is to get her better, not make a lifelong patient. We are so grateful that we found his practice and I hope anyone suffering from headaches gives his service a try.
Thank you so much!“
