Jamie was my first point of contact and my sales rep, Ben was my window project manager, and BJ was my roofing project manager. I do not do many (if any) reviews, but the level of professionalism, dedication and commitment from these men who represent their company deserve a shout out. Jamie first came out to evaluate my initial needs for these projects. He listens so well, he heard my concerns and desired outcomes for my home. Jamie went over different products and explained all the details of workmanship, costs, and expected outcomes. This was a big project for me, as this is the home I'll be retiring in and I don't want to worry about windows and a roof. He answered all my questions, never rushed me, and was very kind. He explained that there would be two project managers, Ben for my windows, and BJ for my roof, and set the expectation that both would be reaching out to me to begin the planning and going over more details, as well as scheduling the work. Ben was the manager on my windows. He and his team were relentless. They were committed, driven and concise on everything. The execution of replacing the windows was done with such care, dedication, and commitment. Ben assured me of every task he was doing and explained its purpose; Ben and his team provided a great experience with immaculate workmanship and a superb attitude. He was very kind and hard working. BJ was my roofing manager and my roof was a point of concern since after inspection, Jamie had pointed out, with pictures and video documentation, that my roof had some signs of repair that were less than adequate for a relatively new home. Only shortly after arriving to begin work, you could find BJ up on the roof with his crew. He and the team worked hard and took extra care to assure me of the roof's condition after the teardown and they then proceeded to make the roof better than it was. He was very kind and explained things very thoroughly. The experience was beyond any expectations I held. These 3 men held true to what they said and during the entire process, Skywalker provided tools for me to look and transparently witness all their work, step by step. There were photos sent to me during the projects and there were communication links to post questions as needed. The accountability, transparency and workmanship was by far the best I have experienced. I am in my 60s and this is my fifth home. I have had experience in window replacement and roofing jobs in my time. These men and the company have exceeded previous experiences.
