I had a super sick kitten that was on her last leg. No one else in Greensboro was willing to take a look at her the same day except for Gate City! I don’t know what would’ve happened if they hadn’t gotten to her. The staff were extremely nice, accommodating, and caring.
Really nice place, really nice staff, really great grooming! And instead of just handing me a bill at the end, they go over the estimate with me so I can choose which services I want/afford, or they explain why these services are necessary. Its really nice not being blindsided by the bill $$$
My rat terrier Lucy is a senior dog with diabetes. I have been bringing her to Gate City for a little more than a year. I have received excellent service starting with my first phone call to schedule my initial appointment. Everyone is very caring and compassionate, from the reception staff to the vets. They are taking very good care of my Lucy.
