Thank you Kathy Rooney for the session on Tuesday. After so much pain in my knee that I had to wear a brace every day and almost every night, today I can move without pain! I can also do my yoga transitions stable and without pain. Thank you

My quest for pain relief has led me to Rolfing Associates of the Triad. Not only do I enjoy relief from pain but also better posture and over all body alignment. My toes are straighter!!Who knew?!? I feel better and like what I see in my mirror. My quality and enjoyment of life has improved as a direct result of Rolfing. Thank you Rolfing Associates of the Triad!!

I have enjoyed going to Kathy for many years now. She was able to relieve a nagging ache in my neck and shoulders that had annoyed me for decades! I leave feeling free and light, refreshed both physically and mentally! (She is also great with teens...as my son would attest to!). In fact, I think I will book a session right now!
