Thank you so much Kathy, my knee was hurting badly and I had to wear a brace every day and most nights. After our Tuesday's session I am able to do my yoga transitions without a brace and without pain. Thank you

After a great Rolfing session I feel younger, move freely, and when I go home and play the piano my ability and skill level becomes the best playing I could ever hope for. It’s a thrilling experience, a place where I want to stay.

I suffered from chronic hip pain as a result of surgery over a decade ago. I tried PT, I tried steroids, I exercised regularly. I was in pain all the time. After my first session with Mandy my pain went away for a week. Now at my 6th session (though not consecutive weeks) I haven't been in pain in a couple months. I can sit, exercise and even sleep without pain. Mandy is amazing!
