Cathy Yonaitis at Unite Us Yoga and Therapeutics is absolutely amazing!!! I have been practicing yoga with Cathy since 2016. I love the yoga wall in her studio. Cathy used to be an occupational therapist before becoming a full time yoga teacher and studio owner. She continues to expand her knowledge base and recently offered a special workshop just for the feet!I just completed my fifth yoga retreat with Cathy and this lady, as well as her husband Matt, who cooks for us, are pure balm for the soul. Feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!!!

Great studio for beginners like me. At 57, I finally attended my 1st in studio session. Great instruction & explanations of movements & poses. Love the yoga wall!!! After 6 months, my lower back, shoulders & hips move again pain free. Thank you Cathy; you’re amazing!!
