“I had my consultation with Shayonna at Milan Laser Hair Removal, and she is truly one of the most personable people I’ve met in years. From the moment I walked in, she immediately made me feel comfortable. She offered me some water before she toured me through their facility, which was spotless. Her warm, down-to-earth personality feels like a hug in itself. She’s not only kind and approachable but also incredibly knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained the process, preparation, and aftercare for laser hair removal, walked me through all the options available, and patiently answered every single one of my (many!) questions.
