Robert was the service representative and helped fix an issue with my main waterline in my yard. He did everything while digging to save my grass and took such care in everything he did while digging, fixing the leak issue and putting it all back together. He had a great attitude and just overall great customer service! The office folks were also very pleasant when I called with an issue to be resolved. Overall great experience. Price was not horrible but was probably not the cheapest but customer service goes along way for me.
Amazing Service from Start to Finish!We own a property in NC but live on the west coast. We had an emergency situation this morning which required immediate repairs. I found All Plumbing Services of the Triad on Google, and based on their reviews, I chose them. SO HAPPY I DID! The plumbing issue was handled with dedication and care from start to finish. I received constant updates from Matt, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using All Plumbing Services of the Triad again. A+++++
