I worked with Dr. Garner virtually for several visits and it was truly fantastic. My goal to be able to do yoga with my limitations felt unreachable. She was also able to help me with my hip pain with this plan. She is so knowlegeable about hip and hyper mobility (only 2 of my issues). It is ashame that there are not more practitioners like her so we can do in person visits. I without hestitation would go to her again, and would highly recommend that you do the same. You won't be disappointed!

I have LOVED working with Dr. Garner! I started seeing her 2 years post partum after my second, then got pregnant with my third and we started working on prenatal techniques. After recently having my third, I have felt stronger and have bounced back quicker than with my previous pregnancies. I’m looking forward to healing my pelvic floor with Dr. Garner’s wealth of knowledge and evidence based techniques.

We are so lucky to have Garner Pelvic Health here in the Triad -- it's absolutely the top of the line in terms of professionalism, expertise, treatment resources, and results.I was having embarrassing symptoms of urinary incontinence that worsened over time. My OBGYN suggested kegels and some PT.
