Was having neck issues and couldn't sleep for close to a week. I didn't want to go see a doc to get some meds. So I reached out to Rachel as a first timer. I reached out to a few other places by email and no one got back to me but Rachel did. I booked it and went. She told me that I would be sore the next day and then should be good to go. Well next day a little sore and then the next day just like she said I was good to go and slept all night. That was about a week ago and still no pain. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

Rachel is the best massage therapist. I have been seeing Rachel for massage therapy for several years. I visited her yesterday with pain radiating down my neck into my shoulder. Painful spams. She used massage and (NMR) NeuroMuscular Reprogramming. She found the source of my spams and I left with 90% of my pain gone. Normally it would take days to reduce my pain to that level. Rachel cares a great deal about helping her clients. I highly recommend Rachel.
