Dr. Crealese is the best chiropractor I've ever been to! He is pleasant and thorough and takes thetime to explain what is happening when you get adjusted. I look forward to my appointments!

Just had an A+ massage from Richard B. For me, it’s one of the best massages I’ve had...and I’ve had many over the years. Richard’s keen understand of anatomy shines through as he gently helps position legs arm etc to get to the muscles that need attention. It feels functional as well as incredibly relaxing. I can’t say enough! The whole massage I was just thinking how grateful I was!! If you need to pamper yourself or need help recovering from something, do yourself a favor and go see him!

Just wanted to share my experience with Dr. Crealese. I've seen him off & on for over 10 years. He practiced in Charlotte & then relocated his office to Greensboro. He is a phenomenal Dr. & person. He really cares about his patient's. I've tried other Chiropractor's closer to me because I have chronic neck & back issues. There's no comparison, so I drive the 3 hours round trip when I really need to be adjusted. You will not be disappointed.
