Where do I begin? I have been going to Devaney Dentistry at Brassfield for several years and have always been impressed by Dr. Vines, Tina and the entire staff. They have always been very welcoming and incredibly professional. When you walk into the office they always call you by name and make you feel right at home. Yesterday, however they took it to a whole different level. After a routine tooth extraction that went very well, I started having issues with clotting late that evening. I called Dr. Vines on his emergency line, he immediately responded and decided that I needed immediate assistance. He asked me to meet him at the office and proceeded to explain what caused the bleeding, made me feel at ease and proceeded to rectify the issue. Needless to say, Dr. Vines is my new Superhero. The following morning before I could call to let him know I was ok and to thank him again, I got a call from the office to check on my condition ... how good is that? I could go on, but I'm sure anyone could see that the staff goes above and beyond what is typically the norm. A big "Thank You" to the staff at Devaney Dentistry at Brassfield and to my new Superhero, Dr. Vines. FIVE STARS !
My first visit 3/16/2022. From the time I booked my appointment with Tina she was so sweet and professional on the phone and in person. Kim is funny and sweet. they made me feel very welcomed. my hygienist Maria is awesome. she is gentle and she caters to your needs. Very professional and easy to Talk to. Dr. Vines is also very nice and professional. I'm thankful I have found the right Dentist for me.
I am a new patient and was thrilled with the care and service they provided. Erin, Stephanie, Maria and the rest of the team took exceptional care of me, even during these difficult COVID-19 times. They have a great plan in place for everyone's safety as you arrive to the office. Everyone was extremely helpful and respectful and I would highly recommend their office to anyone looking for dental care.
