* Explosive Power: His vertical jump has exploded from 14.6 inches to 21.3 inches—a massive increase of nearly 7 inches!
* Strength: His Kneeling 4lb Medicine Ball throw went from 17 ft 2 in to an amazing 24 ft 5 in—an improvement of over 7 feet.
* Agility & Coordination: He has nearly doubled his Cone Hops, jumping from an initial 28 hops to 50 hops.
We attend the group sessions twice a week, which has been foundational to this growth. On top of that, the one-on-one training has been a game-changer for his sport-specific skills. He has worked with Brock in football and Chelsea in basketball, and they have both been instrumental in his development. Chelsea’s one-on-one basketball sessions, in particular, have truly pushed him to bring out a new level of skill and competitiveness.
He’s not only building athletic skills but also confidence, and he has a great time with the friends he's made. If you're looking for a program that delivers real, measurable results with a fantastic coaching staff, I can't recommend Redline enough.“
