Chuck Davis came out to my house in the bitter cold to help unlock the van we desperately needed tomorrow. He also made a key fab and works fantastic. I highly recommend ASAP for your lock and key needs.
Had a lost key incident. And within a few days Austin came out and got I think ess than 1/2 the cost of one key and programming from dealership Austin got us two keys and programming on our Land Rover. He is knowledgeable and expertly fast!
I cannot express how grateful I am for the service. My ex-husband locked his keys in the car, and the other provider that we called was clearly trying to scam us. The other provider did come out, and we sent him on his way, and Austin came quickly and helped us out. As a single mom to four kiddos, I don’t have extra money to spend on scams. I am forever thankful for Austin‘s guidance and help. Everyone out there needs to know that there are legitimate and non-legitimate companies like this. When I asked the other provider if they were licensed and insured, he was quick to not answer my question yet still charge me the $25 service fee just to come out. Not only that, the other provider stated to us that even if he were able to get the door open that it may not work, and we may not be able to get it open at all. He was going to balloon the lock, stated he was going to takeoff the doorhandle, etc. This was clearly not a legitimate service, as he wasn’t even licensed or insured and wasn’t able to use actual locksmith tools to work on the car. Be very wary. I will 100% be contacting Austin again if I ever have an issue in the future, and I will make sure that all of my friends and family know of him as well. I can’t express enough how thankful I am!
