“I had a lash lift and tint done here exactly two weeks ago and my eyelashes are completely straight. No lift whatsoever anymore. Even the weekend after I got the lift done I curled my eyelashes to go out. Everyone was extremely nice but I essentially wasted $70. When I called they blamed my eyelashes and said sometimes the lift just doesn't work and I could "try again" which means paying again and hoping it works. Again, everyone was very kind but just a shame that you pay so much for nothing.UPDATE: After discussing my concerns with both the owner and my esthetician they provided me different options and we decided to redo my lash lift at no charge. The customer service was fantastic and they truly care about their clients. I appreciate the effort that was made to make sure I was satisfied with my service as well as everyone's time. Thank you all so much!”

“I came to Pam to get my hair cut about a year or two ago. She did amazing. She showed this photo of a peek-a-boo color on her Facebook. I loved the idea but I have never found a hairdresser that I trusted enough to bleach my hair. I let Pam do it & I love it. Originally booked for a sew-in but she took the time to explain to me the importance of hair maintenance and left with getting a much needed trim and a silk press . I can't stop swinging my hair from side to side, my hair has so much bounce! Even though this week has been wet and rainy, I am impressed that my hair is still super soft and less frizzy ! I will be back in 2 weeks to get my sew-in and plan to bring my little ones in soon to get their hair braided.Service: Hairstyling”

“Nicole fit me in last minute when my other stylist had a medical emergency, and it was two weeks before my wedding and I live out of town! I was panicking but her professionalism and confidence instantly put me at ease. I never felt like she was rushed and she made sure she had spent enough time with me to make things right. She went out of her way to make sure I had a great color & cut and that it would work for my wedding updo, even taking extra time to curl it to see how the face framing pieces would lay.
