“I am so appreciative of Zeb and the great service I receive always from Lorenz. Zeb was able to diagnose my issue of low water pressure in my kitchen that I had for years. He pretty quickly discovered it was an issue with the faucet and components. He shopped for replacement parts and with the cost of just that, I decided to get an entire new faucet. I had a recent surgery so Zeb offered to shop faucets for me. Yes, it cost a little more for the extra time, but he got just the right one, brought it back, and installed it. They are master plumber and pipe fitter specialists!We needed to have a natural gas line and loft burner installed in our fireplace and knew up front it would be a challenge since our fireplace is so small.Ben and Chris did an excellent job and were a capable team. Like other reviewers mentioned they did the work for us in a timely manner and went above and beyond what we expected.Their bid for the installation was likewise quite a bit lower in cost what other plumbing companies bid for the work.We have used a lot of plumbers over the years and must say these guys have to be the best plumber and pipe fitters in Springfield!Thank you, Brandon, Ben and Chris.
