“What an efficient customer service operation. It started with Kevin answering the phone after just a couple of rings. Then he stated he would have a technician call me shortly. It was maximum of 1 hour and Josh McCarty called and asked how urgent the situation was and I told him it could wait till morning around 9:00 am.

Today Josh called at around 9:00 am just as he said he would. I was able to send him pictures of my situation with a water softener bypass valve failing. He provided a means of bypassing our softer and advised how to reattach the softener when ready. He was in and out within 30 minutes.

I was only able to fit the cold water side this morning as I had an appointment in the afternoon. But the steady dribble of water from my bath tap reduced to a drip every 6 seconds, or so. So the major problem must've been the cold faucet. Once I fit the hot faucet side there will be zero drip!
Even the suppliers who couldn't find my part, or hadn't it in stock, we're very helpful and this place was recommended by them to me.
