“Go to Crump for anything chassis related on your truck or RV. From seamless scheduling and consulting with Lori to talking with the mechanics. Ryder who worked on my RV sincerely listened to my concerns over a vibration and my thoughts of what might be going on. His experience in the truck business really shows. It seemed he already knew what I was going to say before I even said it. They completely went through it, “trued” my tires, cleared up the vibration and aligned the steering all at a very fair price. When I picked it up I immediately hit 44 East and drove home to St Louis. I couldn’t believe it was the same motorhome and actually enjoyed the ride instead of fighting the wheel for 200 miles. They went above and beyond by covering the sofas as not to get them dirty while passing through inside. I was also impressed with their honesty when I told them I expected the sway-bar bushings were worn but after they inspected them said they were fine. Very much recommended for big truck or RV repairs!!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this shop and the owner. I recently purchased a 1999 International bus I didn’t realize what I was getting myself into.

What really stood out to me was how incredibly fair and honest he was. He went above and beyond what I ever expected from a mechanic, and he treated me with genuine kindness and respect throughout the entire process. He never made me feel like I was just another customer or another paycheck.

He is genuinely one of the nicest, most down-to-earth people I’ve ever met. It’s rare to find someone in the automotive industry who cares this much about doing right by people. If you have a diesel that needs work, I would highly recommend bringing it here. You’ll get honest advice, fair treatment, and someone who actually gives a damn about his customers.

10/10 experience. I’m extremely grateful for the help and will absolutely be coming back.”

“Sam was the MVP he helped me pull codes from the truck and he actually took the time to explain every code and to help me understand ways I can remedy the situation. I really appreciate that! I would definitely recommend coming here 10 out of 10”
