Very professional and seem to know what he was doing and it wasn’t the results that we wanted but it is really nice that they’ll be able to get in here and do the digging and locate the point where our sewer line is cracked starting tomorrow and within an hour after we agreed to start digging tomorrow.
Daniel was very fast to respond to my email for immediate service needed. He was honest and told me that having a Sunday afternoon service call was going to be more expensive than if I waited until Monday. I wanted my problem fixed before Monday, though. Most places that I called, either did not answer even if they said they were open 24 hours, or else their prices were extremely high. Reed's Plumbing pricing for Sunday afternoon was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend them. Daniel, the service tech, was very thorough and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
Daniel Martin was very thorough and explained what needed to be done very well. We were so glad he could come out to do the needed repairs so promptly. We will be happy to recommend him and your company anytime!
