“I had a bad knee for years. So bad, and so deformed that it was affecting my hip. I have a very physical job walking many miles a day, and pushing very heavy racks up ramps, across slick floors and climbing stairs. Had the knee replaced and it gives me no problems, but my first week back at work, my hip was killing me and I HAD to do something. After a 30 minute ride from work, I had to hobble my way up the stairs to my house and couldn't do anything the rest of the day. I found Abba, thank God!!!
After my first visit, and the ride home, I got out of my car and just walked up the stairs with NO pain, which I haven't done in years.
And work has been no problem since. I sleep better now since I'm not in pain anymore. Before, I was always tossing and turning because I could never find a restful spot.
