Personal Touch was very pleasant to work with. High recommended. We needed to replace our floors after moving into a home. They were easily accessible, punctual, understanding, and patient with us. Outstanding service. Best prices and service. Easily and quickly accommodated our schedule to arrange both estimate and service. They went above and beyond what they were required to do ... stayed later in the evening to ensure the job was done correctly. They are very committed to their profession. For example when cleaning the carpets in our church fellowship hall, they even moved and put back all the chairs and tables for us. Amazing!! Highly recommend!

I rarely leave reviews but couldn’t pass the chance to RAVE about how incredible this company is! They cleaned our carpets, repaired a portion that was significantly stained, and removed ALL pet smell that was left from the previous owners. They also took the time to explain everything to us to ensure the longevity of the carpet and wood floors. I am truly in awe of the work done by these guys! Not to mention they were extremely professional, punctual and friendly! Extremely grateful for this company and can’t wait to do business with them again!Services: Wood floor restoration
