Great first experience from Salesman to the one who came to deliver the services , very polite ,groomed well ,professional manner and made sure I understood all services and how each would work ! As someone who has been in customer service and sales o er 40 years and owned and operated my own business 17 years with my late husband , I am very picky at how customers are treated , I can honestly say these two young men will go far in life even given the chance ! Sam did an amazing job explaining everything he did. He was careful not to get to close to my chickens and my garden so I definitely appreciate his concern not to let the chickens out until it rains, great guy.
Palisade was extremely fair in pricing and worked with us extremely well! Every worker I’ve got to have a conversation with has been extremely friendly and helpful. Nathan was extremely helpful on the sales side and Michael was extremely knowledgeable and professional on the actual spraying and pest control side!
