I love it! They offer a variety of classes that are consistent, so I feel like I improve, but never repetitive, thanks to the individuality of the instructors. It is a friendly and welcoming place and I have felt comfortable there since my first day.

Danny was so welcoming and did everything to make us feel comfortable. The facility was clean and the room was relaxing. The cold lavender towels were such a good touch. I really liked that each person there was honored at their own level and ability.

Excellent yoga studio, comfortable atmosphere with genuine people. Quality top notch instructors (Danny, Jill, Sara, Brittany, Kim-amazing!!!) and I really appreciate they do not try the typical “trying to always sell you on things” vibe.- like so many others in town.This studio has been a hidden gem and I cannot recommend it enough. Plus the lavender towels are a godsend during savasana!
