Precise Plumbing is amazing and awesome. They did a great job during a bathroom renovation, getting old pipes a solid solution within the budget and timeframe. The team is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They are efficient and thorough, with fair and more than fair pricing. Eric answered a call first thing in the morning and got a job on the schedule same day, coming exactly when he said he would. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in hardly any time. Houston was quick and professional with a great price, fixing a leak and hooking up a shower. A sewer line was scoped as part of a home inspection, providing an honest assessment with a thorough video. Customers found their lifetime plumber and will never use anyone else.
Eric was able to get out to our house quickly and worked fast. He worked with me to keep the job within our budget constraints which was greatly appreciated. The work was done well. About two weeks after the plumbing was done, a problem in measurements with our vanity was discovered. I reached out to Eric and he showed up that same day and went far above and beyond to correct it. Would absolutely recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Both for the work, and the honesty in owning and fixing a minor mistake. Five stars deserved.
