This was the first time I’ve ever been to a tanning salon so I can’t offer perspective on how good the facility is; however, being new and needing a lot of guidance I can say the woman who helped me was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and patient. I know these places make a lot of their money selling lotions and other products but she wasn’t overly pushy and even gave me a discount on what I purchased. She encouraged me to try the week of tanning they offer for $20 (for genesis members) instead of jumping onto a full month to see if I liked it. All around, great experience here.

Battlefield store is amazing. I have the best tan I've ever seen. the color is deep and looks natural and I only go about 2x a week now and it's still just as good⛱️☀️

Okay the good the bad and the ugly. I have tanned at 4 different salons in Springfield. From someone who isn't picky about attention, about customer service but is picky about products and a clean salon. Its important for you the read to know that Alison Jasper, Brittney Yoho and Steve Wood all managing partners of Hawaiian Sun post neg feedback about any Salon than there own. So take it as a grain of salt. At the Tanco I come back here because of the clean salon and the quality products the sell. Yes they sell lotions its how they stay in business.
