“I highly recommend Dr. Sam Goodman and the upper cervical method. Having had many childhood injuries which resulted in severe back and neck pain as a teenager the upper cervical method of adjustment has been a lifesaver. I'm now 65 and due to regular visits throughout the years to this office I have lived with only a fraction of the back and neck pain that I was having as a teenager and young adult. In my late 20's I still had a lot of lower back problems and occasionally visited a chiropractor that adjusted using a full-spine approach. “Went there for lab work and follow up on cancer removal. Lab techs are second to none on getting my blood. I have hard to find veins and it’s challenging to get blood. But have never had an issue with their techs. They’re great!“

“If they give you a Zio heart monitor they won't tell you adhesive removal pads are hiding in the middle of your booklet. Any oil will safely remove it. I used grapeseed oil, the tech on the Zio product phone line suggested baby oil or any other oil. Peel back the edge, wipe with a paper towel covered in oil, and keep peeling it off. You're welcome!“
