“The staff is very accommodating and attentive to my questions. The provider Michele was excellent. She asked many questions to help get to the root of my concerns and took her time speaking with me. She addressed every question and carefully went over her approach and plan she was considering. She also gave me a printout of supplements that she suggested I start and others to stop. Michele has experience with new patients not to overwhelm them and to go over changes and details and what she is testing for.

The blood draw was quick and the technician was so kind ( I wish I could remember her name)

“I’ve been going here for years. Probably 8 or 9 years. A friend recommended Dr. Horton who she and her son went to (both had scoliosis). My upper back and neck were bothering me and my jaw was popping. I had tried another practice in town that used the “typical” all body adjustments and it was just not for me. I seemed to be in more pain after seeing them and it was an 8-10 week process which was very costly. Dr. Horton and Dr. Sam’s technique is much less invasive and they explained every step. They took X-rays and explained how it works, how they measure the pressure on either side of your upper cervical/spine to know if you’re out of alignment. After adjustment my jaw stopped popping and literally my sinuses drained. Sometimes it may take 24 hours for me to feel relief in my lower back but it does help. They give tips too like pillows and sleeping positions, posture, etc. These guys truly care and you won’t feel like a number here.“

Said he was willing to assist her with any tests and whatever he can do. He made new suggestions no one else has yet. We’ll be going to him more. I highly recommend him.“

“Our kids pediatrician is at the women's and children's clinic. We've never had bad service. The wait isn't terribly bad. My only complaint isn't even about the clinic it is the phone service. We called ahead asking if we should bring our little one in or take him to the ER after a fall for potential stitches. We were told we could absolutely bring him into the clinic and after examination we were sent to the ER. The Dr was nice, patient and informative but I wish I hadn't been told over the phone the wrong information, and wasted our time with going in.“
