My experience with Harper Lock and Key was a whole week long. When I first called about my locked car, Emily had me email them some documents (proof of ownership) and answered all of my questions while I waited for a new remote (that I ordered from somewhere else). Emily was incredibly patient, and I was finally able to get my car unlocked today. Tyler unlocked my car and programmed the new key, and although it doesn't have full smart key functionality, it at least starts the car. If I could give more stars, I would! They were willing to come out to my car and grab my keys from me due to having a wheelchair user with me and unable for us to make it inside! Thank you guys!

Getting two new OEM key fobs programmed for my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe could have been a hassle, but their team made it an absolute breeze. From start to finish, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming, polite, and communicative.
