I have so much love for this little studio. It’s filled with relaxing, and loving energy. I’ve never felt so welcomed in. All the instructors are just amazing. Kundalini is the place to be with the wonderful, Tonya Hockett.

The Tuesday Flow class with Jen is Fantastic! It is a great class for all levels. Her instructions are very helpful so you can practice yoga your way to your ability. Plus she is fun, genuinely cares, and the music is great too. Highly recommend!!

This is my favorite Yoga Studio in Springfield and has been for 6 years! There's just something magical about the place. There's no mirrors, so there's an emphasis on really feeling how the alignment and poses feel good for you. The teachers are all incredible and the classes are full of a variety of all kinds of people, across all kinds of ages and all different levels of fitness. I've been to many studios but I'll always end up coming back to this one!
