“My experience with Harper Lock and Key was a whole week long. When I first called about my locked car, Emily had me email them some documents (proof of ownership) and answered all of my questions while I waited for a new remote (that I ordered from somewhere else). Emily was incredibly patient, and I was finally able to get my car unlocked today. Tyler unlocked my car and programmed the new key, and although it doesn't have full smart key functionality, it at least starts the car. Tyler let me know that with a second key he could program the smart key functionality. I went in to get the key cut, so I could actually lock and unlock my vehicle, and the gentleman there got it cut quickly and for a reasonable price.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience at Harper Lock and Key and would recommend them to anyone looking for a locksmith!”
