“Window Source installed a new patio sliding glass door for us in April 2000. About 1 month ago, we woke up to find the outer pane of one side of the door shattered. There had been a bad storm overnight and something had apparently hit our door breaking it. I called Window Source and they ordered us a replacement panel, which they installed for FREE today under their Lifetime Warranty. It's one thing for a company to give a Lifetime Warranty, but it's another thing for them to actually honor it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Window Source for your window and door needs. I won't use anyone else.“

“The entire process from the sales to the installation process was flawless. I was shown every aspect of the manufacturing of the window itself, to all the features. The salesman was not pushing whatsoever, I enjoyed the experience with no buyers remorse. I would also give credit to the father and son team that did the installation itself. The were very friendly and knowledgeable. The final touchup crew also did a good job painting the trim.
