“I've been here a couple of times now for pants alterations, and both experiences have been great. What really warrants this review, though, is a pleated dress I ordered online for a last-minute event. It was WAY too long. I was stressed because I needed it altered on short notice. I also know pleated garments can be tricky and time-consuming to work with. Not only was it finished on time but the work was flawless. You would never know the dress had been altered at all. The pleats were perfectly preserved, and the finished result looked completely original. I was so relieved when I tried it on.
